My favourite place for dinner. although I think that the standard should be higher, I still come for the chips!

I went through the morning to collect my order. I was asked to park my car and wait. I was late for work so I couldn't wait and drove away. on the afternoon I came back to ask her about the command and apologised me. they made me happy. they were completely understanding and assured me that it was okay. come here! customer service is amazing!

Filthy washroom. Needs an industrial Steam Cleaner and acidic detergent. Floors throughout had a greasy film and stains.

Ordered in store. Stood in pickup line for exactly 23 minutes. Finally asked about the order and the manager quickly put it together and gave it to me. But no apologies for the long wait, no explanations given. And then when we weren’t given sauce my partner went in to grab some and they charged him ‍2 5minutes for wait time is kind of standard. But anything over 10mins I suppose I expect more discount, meal comp, refund, voucher or something. At minimum an apology or explanation.Disappointed.
