Mermaid Deli - Westport

Tried this little spot after clamming. Don’t let the look of it deceive you! Sebastian made our food and we chatted a little about the service industry. Great conversation and good sammies! Thanks for the lunch!

I ordered 3 different sandwiches he gave me 3 of the same will never go here again do not recommend threw them all away. Total waste of money. Person I was with kept asking me if guy was drunk.

This is the best example of a commercial fishermans bar in town. Haven't had a sandwich there but have drank beer and shot the **** with some great guys. It can be dead when everyone is fishing but quite lively when the fleet is in town. They have pizza too but I haven't had it yet so can't comment.

Good place friendly staff clean good food will be back

Dirty inside and out... menu isnt like it use to be and the meats are awful,,, the sandwiches arent even close to where they where 5 years ago... it needs to be cleaned... and the chowder is to thick and tastes like flour..
