Good service, burgers weren't bad. Rating 5 starts to maybe balance the ratings a little. People are being too harsh. Personally not on my top places to eat at Westport, but don't really mind eating there.
Congratulations! You just saved yourself money and disappointment by seeing this review. Avoid at all cost. While Blue Buoy and the Galley were full, this place was empty. So, our group came here. Cold hash browns, shifty meat, small portions, slow service, grocery bought ingredients do not add up to the $50 I spent for 3 meals. I do not recommend. We weren't surprised this place was empty after eating here :
Went there during Rusty Scupper Days. A guy was passing out business cards with 10% off. So we decide to forgo the fair style food, for a cool place to sit. That part was nice, older gentleman allowed me to park my scooter inside. Our male waiter that we started off with was really nice too, as well as the elder lady. That 's where it ended. $14.95 for a club sandwich! It was obvious they had bumped up ALL their prices for the festival weekend. This went beyond gouging. The sandwich was on grocery store white bread with packaged deli meat and cellophane wrapped cheese. My bacon was hard and over cooked. They had issues with their fryer, so on top of waiting forever, because they were busy, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our fries to come after the fact. The drinks were $3.50 (lemonade) and we had to beg for refills. Over $75 for 4 club sandwiches and drinks. The only things on their menu under $10, was soup or appetizers. The younger gal, who was apparently the only person who could cashier was EXTREMELY rude and obviously didn 't care if everyone in the restaurant heard all her comments about the staff or the fact that she didn 't care who had not received all their food before she showed up. I have had food from here before, that was bought and delivered to me as I was working an event in Westport. It has always been typical small town sandwiches, burgers and deep fried seafood. Nothing special, but nothing bad. And I totally understand being busy, for a major tourist event. But to gouge them like this was unacceptable. We didn 't leave a tip. We felt they more than added that to the prices on their menu. We won 't be going back.
Horrible food at a very high price. You decide? ? 2 small eggs, under cooked hash browns that were served luke warm to cold, English Muffin singed but barely warm and soggy not with butter. I asked for extra butter never saw it. 2 6z cups a horrible diner coffee. For a Grand total of 14.00 》 7.00 for basic breakfast 7.00 for coffee. If Hells Kitchen for a spot screaming for it this place. Prime location to catch charter fisherman before and a day at see. Food didn 't help my fishing trip had to go sing to wave gods
