I go there frequently but this day the younger girl who made my coffee young red head clearly did not want to be there she was well...really kinda rude kinda made me not want to go back to that location again but everybody else there was over the top friendly greet you when you walk in all smiling except the one my only other complaint is ...so if I hand you my phone becuz my order is so complicated wouldn't you assume I had a Starbucks app but nobody EVER asks if they should scan my bar code there for I always forget and am never offered a receipt so I'd say the last ...at least ...10 timesI've gotten no points
This location has really bad customer service. I placed an order for almost $10 and the coffee was cold and I asked the lady at the window if she could warm it up. Her attitude was rude, rolled her eyes at me and did not bother to do what I asked. Its so sad people are like that. I did not want to argue so I just left with my cold coffee. Not worth to stop, at least not at that location.
The workers were too busy gossiping about customers and making fun of them, then to take charge and make their drinks. Very unprofessional and the girls were rude.
