Mcdonald's - White Bear Lake

Kind of slow/ had to wait awhile/ new girl working and it was pretty

Went through the drive-through and ordered two items. One was fries, they asked me to pull forward because the french fries were not ready. I waited for over 10 minutes and no one came out to bring the order. I went inside, The girl at the drive-through window was leaning up against the counter, focused on her cell phone. The others weren’t doing anything either. When I asked about my order, they all just stared at me with a blank look and didn’t say a word. The girl at the drive-through window who told me to pull forward glanced up at me and went right back to her phone. I finally just asked for my money back since no one seemed to care what the order was and didn’t acknowledge the fact that they asked me to even pull forward because they didn’t have any french fries. I will not be back to this McDonald’s ever again, I will drive out of my way to go to a different one if I ever want McDonald’s.

The manager is incredibly rude to me. I thought this was a one time thing but after going back several times , it seems that’s just how she treats

You never know if they are open or closed after 9:30. Sometimes the lights are on and they are closed. Sometimes they are off and open.

Prices are higher then their competitor, Culver's and they have better food. McDs is slipping....nasty salty food.Parking: Great!
