Great little restaurant right outside Downtown Helen

Eating at 1:30P.M. on Thursday after Christmas we found the place to be 60% full. I would recommend a reservation as we did. I ordered the rainbow trout and my wife the shrimp/grit plate. The food was excellent and more so as we shared each others meal. The waitress was most helpful, cheerful, and my lower mark on service was not directed at her. We found the service to be slow, in our case a 30 minute wait and I noted the same for those around us. We also found it hard for them to justify just 4 medium sized shrimp on a $14 plate. Overall it was all good and we would recommend to friends. Note that close by parking is limited with a lot of parking farther back up the hill. They do have handicap parking by the restaurant. Enjoy!

Wonderful, in a word. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely Christmas trees and ornaments. Put us in the mood for Christmas.

We love Mully's Nacoochee Grill. We've been frequent diners there for the past few years and have never had a bad experience. The food is great, especially the grit fritters! We highly recommend Mully's for a great dining experience.

My Partner and I have made visiting Helen, Ga. a Valentines tradition for the past two years. We are from Atlanta and when we go to Helen we feel as if we can take a breather, enjoy the people, the shops and the river. We went to Mully's and we were beyond satisfied. The Owner made a point to come over and speak to us which rarely happens these days. We will absolutely be back and will also recommend to friends!
