Ringers Roost - Whitehall Township

This is an operation that commands respect. Here’s what I’ve noticed: 1) Although depending on the time of the visit and the pile and in view of the personnel problems that currently plague this industry, I have observed that this restaurant uses a team approach that the server and support staff coordinate, at least in my experience quite seamlessly. 2) I still have to meet by about half a dozen visits, even a negatively charged employee. It never happens by chance. 3) The culture of this place, the interactions of employees and customers, the mood relaxed and professional. You want friendly pies, they feel it. They simply want time limited service, they will do their best to deliver that. They seem to join the customer. 4). The food is plentiful and tasty. Very good, some things great, like the Pierogies. The complete menu cannot rise to a 5-star rating; but the people at Ringers Roost take care of your experience and have a desire to make the entire culinary experience good. It seems to me that he has made owner/manager/staff a commitment to continuous improvement and is vigilant that the customer has his attention and respect. 5) The ambience is utilitarian and secular, the latter largely an increase in personnel selection, retention and training. 6). I would have a better task to collect names so that I can do justice to this review. I remember Vanessa, who I think works on Fridays. It is a good example of what this assessment describes. 7) During a visit maybe 5 months ago we were a table of 5 family members, we had a server that could only be a candidate for professional stand up comedy. I mean, she had fire, a great delivery without a beat on everything practically that a fine server has to perform in this position. Strongest recommendation.

Delicious food, cold beer and friendly staff. We stopped quite late after a concert and the place was busy, but nevertheless the service was prompt, the food was fresh, and the prices were very reasonable.

This place is in a beautiful part of Allentown. We ate outside the day was nice. The service was great. Their various aromas of hot sauce are amazing. My partner loved the crispy chicken sandwich. I had loaded Nachos and they were so good. Thank you.

Gorgeous waitress, FRESH CRAB in the crab filled mushrooms and very little stuffi g, delicious veggie quesadilla.. Outside the food was perfect!!

Been coming here for a while on and off. Try to support all the local favorites. Food and service is always amazing. Staff is friendly but lunches are hit or miss. While on the clock you want fast service, sometimes it's not the case. I do understand staffing issues so it's not a deal breaker. The kitchen can become backed up. Co workers and I end up going across the street. I have never had a bad dish here yet. Everything is cooked well, great flavor and very delicious. Definitely a local favorite amongst a few others blocks away. This place holds it's own.
