Buffalo Wild Wings - Whitehall

I don’t know why I come back here. The service is consistently terrible whether you are waiting at a table or waiting for take out. Today waiting for a take out order with about 10 people also here waiting for the same thing as well as people waiting to be seated when the place is half empty. Dont order from here get wings or burgers from anywhere else in Whitehall.

They always behind with the delivery nobody in the counter they see you sitting down they don't ask you how can I help you or you been help nothing I hate picking up delivery from this store wast of time

One of our favorite spots for Brunch, we’ve been coming here for quite some time and always had great service, but this day we had a new server , I believe her name was sky, she was Amazing, she had great customer service checked up on us as usual. We definitely recommend this place, Nice, Huge space and Clean Atmosphere..

The restaurant is on my way home from work so I decided to place a large order this evening. Once I got home, I noticed a problem with my order so I called the store and spoke to the manager Lindsey. I explained to her what was wrong with the order. She was very polite.She apologized for the mishap and made everything right again.Thank you Lindsey for great customer service.

You don't have to get wings!I got a brisket burger ? 2 burgers with bacon pickles pulled pork n sauce n cheese with ff. So delicious. Also got fried pickles ?
