Burger King - Whitehall

We waited an unusually long time for our Whopper Jr and 4 Spicy Wraps at this restaurant. When the server finally brought our food, they apologized for the delay. However, once we got on the road, we discovered that the burger and fries were ice cold, making us question why we waited so long in the first place. Overall, we were very disappointed with the food, service, and atmosphere, giving them a rating of 1 for each category.

I give it one star. I didn't like it at all. Coca Cola tastes like water and the service was not good tbh.

I wanted to give a shout out to an employee named Will who was working hard taking orders and preparing food while three others were in the back. He was amazing and definitely deserves more recognition. I was in a hurry for school, but I noticed he was the only one handling everything. This was during lunchtime.

21 minutes in the drive thru for 3 sandwich’s and 2 fries. Apparently something happened with the screens so the back wasn’t seeing orders. For anyone. And it took 15 minutes for them to realize that. Then 4 employees went in the office and left one kid to figure it all out. I’m not big fan of harm but this place makes me want to stab myself. A lot. Slowly. Why does this place exist? Why do any of them “work” there? If I was Mr King I would surely be disappointed in this location. The sad part is none of them care or mind being so awful at attempting to be people. Maybe reincarnation is real and next time they’ll have a clue about being members of society. Probably not but for their sake I hope so. Must be awful to be so bad at everything and not mind. Just walking around being terrible at stuff and everyone knowing you’re terrible. Oh well. If you’re dying of hunger or thirst and you’re stuck at this place just die. Don’t attempt to get food or drink because you’ll still die but you’ll be angry and frustrated as well.
