Chick-fil-a - Whitehall

It's Chic fil a. Food is good as far as fast food joints go. The fries were really crispy this time, that's a good thing. Love the pickles. Always friendly service. Drive thru is pretty fast.

I am disappointed with this restaurant location for consistently serving me half-empty containers of fries. Every time I order fries here, regardless of the size, I always receive only half of what I should be getting. I have never had this issue at other locations, so I am not sure if it is a problem with management or just lazy workers. Either way, it is unacceptable. If the issue is due to budget cuts, then they should consider increasing the price rather than shortchanging customers. The attached picture is just one example, taken directly from the bag.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, the fries are never hot or fresh. They are always hard, cold, and stale, even for my child's meal. This location needs to improve. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I am not giving this restaurant a 5-star rating just because it's easy; I truly mean it. I had an absolutely amazing experience from the person who took my order to the person who served my table. Jesse at the counter and the Chief checked in with us and made sure everything was taken care of. The customer service was exceptional, they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, especially the chicken which lived up to all the hype. This was my first time at Chick-fil-A, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

I am always reminded by my first bite of a Chick-Fil-A sandwich why they simply are the best! Great food, and friendly staffers that wait on you! The owner of this franchise is extremely lucky to have his patron Ambassador named Chief! This gentlemanbrings a lot of pleasantries with his interaction with the guests! As a small business owner, I know how difficult it is to findpeople like him, and also be able to keep him employed with your business. Thanks for giving us great food!
