The website redirects you to the Walmart location, which is managed by inexperienced staff. They don’t bother to call and inform you that they don’t offer delivery, so your food just sits there until you reach out. It’s frustrating, especially since Domino's has a lot of great options that I can only enjoy on the weekends. Now, I have to look for alternatives.

Finally, they delivered my pizza at 3:57 PM. To make matters worse, the delivery driver claimed he couldn’t provide any change. The pizza was cold and stuck to the box. So, from 2:13 PM to 3:57 PM for a single pizza just half a mile away? Unbelievable! If I could give zero stars, I would, especially after what I experienced. This Domino's clearly doesn't care about new customers, nor do they care about delivering to nearby hotels. Waiting almost two hours for a pizza and still being charged a $4.29 delivery fee is unacceptable. There was no apology or explanation for the delay, just rude staff who seem indifferent to their job and the reputation of the Domino's brand. Yes, the person who ordered the pizza ended up eating some pieces because he was starving and had a terrible headache. He also needed to get some rest before making a delivery himself, having driven for 18 hours before ordering this pizza. Unfortunately, he felt terrible later that night and the next day. If this Domino's operates like this, they either need to completely revamp their staff and management, or just shut down for good. I'm sure they don't care about the reviews they receive, but for those of you considering ordering from them, be prepared for a disappointing experience.
If I could give a 10th of a star I would. I called the phone number placed an order for a medium thin crust gave the address etc etc hour and a half later I called cuz I'm like where is this they told me it would be 25 minutes then when I got an actualperson on the line he said no you did not order from us and hung up on me this is the rudest most unbelievable excuse I haveever heard of in the world for a service place
Manager wouldn't help the only other employee working ALONE, resulting in mine and everybody else's order to take 1hr+. Also, there were bugs on EVERYTHING. I figure there has to be a limit or something, but I've never seen a fast food restaurant with somany flies and bugs all over the food.
