They also go beyond and beyond for their customers. They are not calculated separately to turn off a topping for avocado. The meat is not an extra price on the salad. There are a variety of dressings, including green goddesses that are rarely found in salad shops. And if you are not satisfied enough, look at their Instagram they are always free prices and vouchers. Saladworks, if you see this, please keep this up and maybe add some new sites about PA while you are! Save your money and go to salad work.
Calista is the nicest employee I've ever met. Seth has patience with all customers. Thank you.
We ordered salads here which were good on 8/22 in Whitehall for a late lunch. I got a Coke Zero. Upon opening and taking a sip, it tasted horrible and smelled like Indian food. Just smelled awful. We asked to swap out for another soda. The two young women working were extremely rude and unaccommodating. We paid for a soda that was undrinkable and ignored us/ stared us down as we left, stating they can’t do anything since it already was opened. Beyond bizarre customer service. Would love for a saladworks manager to reach out to me honestly.
I can not believe I was charged for a side of tortilla chips when I ordered a chicken tortilla soup...go figure! I was also charged $2.50 for an egg when I requested no cheese due to being lactose intolerant; seems to me it should have been an even swap. Bread I had to request was hard, so disappointing.
Very expensive for what it is. The salad is great and the soup is excellent. It is definitely worth more than the average salad, but it is still a bit above the brand. If you do not make up the costs and feel green, this place is worth a visit.
