Mcdonald's - Whitestone

According to Google, this McDonald's closes at 1 a.m. This has happened to me twice now - I have visited at different times before 1 a.m. and they have told me that they are closed. They should update their business hours to avoid wasting people's time. It only makes sense.

I found a hair in my burger, which they should have noticed before serving it. Usually, I only eat at places that take care in checking their food, but this time I went back and spoke to the manager who addressed the issue. Overall, it's not all bad, but sometimes it's easy to overlook what you're eating, which could be improved.

"I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order. I understand that they were busy, but it's not cool to still be waiting when other customers who arrived after me have already been served."

A lot of turnover like a zombie filled dighof. I used to be here when I was younger all the time; but not so much now. once found in the ball pit an unwrapped but uneaten cheeseburger. that's always with you.

Staff very friendly, took care of order relatively quickly.
