Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service is terrible at best. Waited 15 minutes for curbside pickup. After 2 minutes the app notified me that they missed the time limit and I was getting a free pizza. After 15 minutes I called the store and spoke with the shift manager Dre.He then proceeded to argue with me that I never hit the button in the app to notify them that I was there, even though I hadproof that I had by way of the notification of the free pizza from the app. After leaving me on hold for 5 minutes, he comesback on and says they didn't show me checked in. I said the red truck with the hazards on right in front of the store. You cansee me from the store. He said I could come in to pick it up. I said no, I wanted the curbside service I had requested and hehung up. He eventually brought the order which included 3 garlic, a buffalo and blue cheese sauces. He said they were out ofbuffalo and blue cheese so he handed us 2 garlic's and a sweet habanero stating that's all they had. When I called back askingfor a refund of the sauces I paid for, he said to come back up to the store to get my refund of approx $4.(with a broken ankleand 4 kids this was impossible) When I asked for his name he refused to give it stating he had no obligation to do so, nevereven apologized or took any responsibility and continued to blame me. (I acquired his name through a fellow coworker viasecondary call) I will not be going back to this store. This was a deplorable way to be treated, especially in light of having abroken ankle. This was not even the bare minimum of customer service. The food was cooked with the same professionalism I assureyou. With rubbery chicken and a hand tossed that looked like a thin crust on one side and the entire order was cold from sittingso long. Don't waist your time. There are much better options then this store.
Zero stars we ordered our food at 9:07 and didn?t get our food until 11:25 pm. After they told us it would be 45 min. When we got it the food was cold and the delivery driver was very rude Didn?t even apologize.
My order was messed up and I called and spoke to Alex and boy did he take care of me. Thank you for your wonderful service Alex. We are human and we all make mistake, but it is how you make it right that stands out and you did that. Thanks again!!
I ordered delivery but they told me to come pick it up. It was kind of annoying but i think they gave me a decent size discount, so that was nice. Their sausage marinara pasta had like 4 pieces of sausage, so that was disappointing. But the chicken baconranch sandwich was pretty good.
Burned pizza! Cooked and QC by manager Dawson. Called to request refund and they hung up on me. Went in store and female working counter yelled across store Dawson, looks like you have customer he then had the nerve to ask what was wrong with it when youcan clearly knew it was burnt when you cooked it clearly can see and feel that it is like piece of cardboard. Do betterDomino's! Not everyone can manage a store and or customers.
