Went back to the counter to let them know, the manager (I’m guessing she was) said she could replace the portion of the chicken because I had ate most of the meal. Honestly the hair, it grossed me out and didn’t want anything else. She said she could only refund $5. Really yall count refund my money? It wasn’t my hair. The customer service was awful and will never be back to this location.
I didn't like the food, the chicken that should have been sweet had too much vinegar, all the food was spicy and the cashier's attention was terrible!
I came on monday, poor service and the guy who was there, he's an idiot, should not be there.
The food was meh at best. My wife had the teriyaki chicken and didn't like it. I had the orange chicken, but it was bland as was the rice and lo mein. The stand alone restaurants have a much better flavor. Also, there is a lot of construction going on in this food court which makes the dining experience a challenge. Gave 3 stars for generic food court seating, but would drop it to 1 while construction is going on,
Portion sizes are too small for the prices. I was charged an additional $1.25 for steak however there were only 3 to four quarter inch pieces in my bowl. I know you are running a business but being stingy with portion sizes is a sure fire way to ward off return visits. A small bowl of rice a scoop of protein and a small drink should not come to $12.00. For a dollar more I could have ordered Chinese delivery and received way more food plus had it delivered. Get it together Panda Express!!!
