Pebble Beach - WHITSUNDAYS

We tried the tasting menu at this restaurant and found it to be on the expensive side but well worth it. The location was stunning and the service, food, and wine were all excellent. We opted for the wine pairing which included a sake instead of a wine, which seemed strange at first but actually paired well with the course. The dishes were creative and delicious, and we would definitely recommend dining here if you are staying at Qualia.

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for both lunch and elegant evening meals, with a beautiful view of the water. The service and atmosphere are top-notch.

We absolutely adore Pebble Beach restaurant. We dined here for lunch twice since we couldn't make it for dinner (closed Sundays). The view overlooking the beach is simply stunning. It's a peaceful spot tucked away from the bustling areas of Qualia. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to fulfill any requests. And the food was the highlight of our stay in Hamilton. We particularly enjoyed the beef carpaccio, arancini, and prawn linguine – all bursting with fresh flavors.

Pebble Beach restaurant is in such a great location and the food and drinks selection is varied, fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Just make sure that you wear sunscreen! Even though you are undercover, on a clear day the water reflects the sun and I ended up a bit burnt. One part that not many people notice is the tables they are stunning, it looks like you are flying over the Great Barrier Reef, I wish I had a table like it in my house, absolutely stunning.

Dinner at Pebble Beach is a great experience with excellent food and very well trained staff able to talk you through each course and related wines.
