Contribuisci feedbackI just spent $10 on a cheeseburger and a Coke, but the burger didn’t have any cheese on it and the Coke was watered down. And now they want to charge $22 an hour for this?
I repeatedly informed the woman at the drive-thru, five times to be exact, that I wanted my burgers with cheese and ketchup. Yet, she handed me burgers without cheese. Seriously, if I'm ordering a cheeseburger, wouldn't you think I want cheese on it?
UNRELIABLE STAFF. If you request no cheese, they’ll still add it. If you ask for no onions, you’ll find a surplus of onions instead. They’ve also been out of Beyond products for over a month, and it's impossible to file a complaint since they don’t even have a functioning phone or voicemail. It’s just a huge waste of time and a consistent source of disappointment.
The staff was very courteous and helpful my app wasn't working but they still gave me my free sandwich. Thank you Carl's Jr. I appreciate that. Plenty of parking and covid-19 free. Bring the family and enjoy your Superstar like me. sincerely Jesus Banda's honest reviews.
The staff is rude (drive thru) she didn?t get my order right, she over charged and was rude about it at the window, I asked for her name and she said Jazmine, go ahead and call it won?t affect me, and rolled her eyes, at that point my daughter who was in the back seat yelled you?re very rude Jazmine, needless to say we will never eat there again.
