The bread is delicious, but it's frustrating because the customer service has really declined lately. There's a young girl who always tosses the pan dulce into the bag, and my pastries end up broken. She's also quite rude. I've asked her multiple times not to do that. I'm just not going to return anymore.
This establishment deserves no stars. We bought a cake from them today, and when we cut into it, it was green and moldy, with an unpleasant taste. Unfortunately, some people already ate this cake. I will continue to report this business because I can't imagine any of my family members getting sick from it! Please avoid supporting businesses that don't care about the quality of their products or how they handle food. It's unacceptable! When I went in to show them what they sold us, the employee was laughing the entire time.
Tasty and fresh treats available at a fantastic price!
This is a fantastic spot to visit if you're craving fresh, authentic Mexican bread. They offer a wide variety of options, ranging from sweet breads to sandwich loaves. In addition to the bread, they have a selection of candies, ice cream, and Mexican popsicles. I recommend going early in the morning, as some breads can sell out quickly and it may take a little time for them to be made again. I highly recommend this place, but do be prepared for challenging parking conditions. I usually visit twice a week without any issues, and they accept both cash and credit cards.
