Church's Chicken - Wichita

The spicy chicken at this restaurant was too hot for my taste buds. I could only eat the mashed potatoes and gravy. I was surprised that they kept giving me the spicy chicken even though I couldn't handle it.

The restaurant does not provide sauce, honey, and often gives you the wrong order, which is disappointing. I enjoy their food but I am frustrated with this recurring issue.

We were disappointed with our experience ordering from Church's Chicken through DoorDash. The restaurant was out of drinks and did not offer any alternatives or discounts. The mac and cheese portion was very small, and the red pepper sauce, ranch sauce, and brown gravy were missing from our order. This ruined our meal as we were unable to enjoy half of it. This was not the first time our order from Church's Chicken was incorrect, and we will not be ordering from them through DoorDash again. The refund we received was only a fraction of our total order cost, leading to additional expenses to get drinks and other items for our dinner. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

This was the driest chicken tastes like it was a day old couldnt even finish my meal I would give it a zero star if possible

My kids Mac and cheese was burnt and I didnt get any of the sauces a asked for
