Pizza Hut (wing Street) - Wilburton

Both of are ham sandwiches meat and cheese wasn't toasted the meat cold cheese not melted

Anyone who knows me know in not one to write reviews or complain about a food service because I have worked in some sort of customer service my whole life and know mistakes happen. but I have never felt so disrespected . not only did they mess up my food. but then the delivery driver said he would be right back with the correct order. okay perfect! 45 mins later and he still hasn't shown so I call. and not only was she very rude she then told me they wouldn't fix my order and that it's my fault that it wrong. because they didnt have what I wanted on the app so when I called to fix it 1 MINUTE after I submitted my order. my delivery driver was by some miracle already on his way to my house. yet it took him 30 mins to get here and I only live 3 streets over..

Thia is possibly the best pizza hut location I have been to. Food is always good and the service is always great.

Went into Pizza Hut ordered medium meat lovers pizza for 14.99. while waiting on order I heard the Manager tell a customer the large meat lovers was 10.00 special .asked him about it and he yes it's on sale but you have to ask for it. to me that's not customer loyalty, that's very poor management. , I could understand if I had ordered something else but should have been told the large was on sale. manager or whatever he was very condescending and rude. will never go back in that place. it's not about the money it's about treating loyal customers right. this was in wilburton
