This place is a hidden gem. Large micro-brew and wine range. Sangria slush is fun. The food is great, live entertainment. Many outdoor seating. Great staff. Come back!

We visited Backyard bars, at least a dozen times, last year. It's one of our favorite places to go. Great discovery, in a beautiful rural environment; just minutes from The Villages. I enjoyed their craft brews, especially the rye IPA, although they also make their own wine. The menu is not extensive, but all we have tried was very tasty and quite expensive. We like how to open a tab on your credit card, and each server can help you if necessary. The service is friendly and attentive, and the owner always acknowledges us when he sees us.

The backyard barn is absolutely a must. Food is fantastic beers and wines Galore live music great people. About a year ago sat for the first time and at least 10 times back. Very recommend the peanut butter porter. Sounds strange taste amazing. The woman and I love it both. Also the wings and sandwiches are some of the best around

Delicious food...we had the cheeseboard and the bacon chicken ranch pizza. Lil confusing regarding where the table is but that's because of the eclectic layout...the stuff that makes this place cool. Expect food to take a bit but well worth the wait! Bartender gave us plenty of samples, which was really nice because I may have regretted full glass decisions otherwise. They should offer bug spray when the sun goes down, otherwise it was beautiful and off the beaten path...nice when you're from ocala!
