Burger King - Wilkes Barre

It's a new place maybe growing pains. But the food isn't consistent. Fries are cold or the double cheeseburgers are warm fries are hot. I would really like to get all of my order fresh and hot.

I don't know if it's just me or if it was just this day. But are fast food places becoming more and more nasty? I ordered a couple of burgers and some chicken nuggets. Can you believe that I was given cold burgers. As of they were cooked 20 minutes ago. And. It to mention my chicken nuggets looked like it was grabbed all together and they were all sticking together before getting fried and then dropped into the bag for me. They were still saggy and raw in the places they were stuck to each other. I am definitely deleting the app and not ordering from Burger King again. I'm sorry. I love your onion rings. And I love your whopper burger along with other meals. But this place marked me for life. The worst part is that since it was drive thru, I didn't get a chance to go back and complain about it because I was on my way to visit some friends that live about 2 hours away from the burger king I had ordered and I was already about 20 minutes away. I was not going to return just for that. Sorry burger king. But for now it's good bye and it probably might just be forever. This is a great excuse for me to start eating healthier meals.

New bk on 309 past dollar tree been there 3 times food is done well place is clean kids there serving are polite Only negative is Manager needs not to reprimand his workers in front of customers .save it for later only if it really needed

I went through at busy lunch time and got food that sat a bit. I didn't think that would happen, maybe I'll try again for this location but it will be a while.

November 15, 2022 order Bacon BK 2 for $6 and they gave us 1 BK and 1 Bacon Cheeseburger. We also ordered other food through the app and I asked for light condiments and they drenched my sandwiches. Returned the food, but the Supervisor in Wilkes Barre Twp was a little irate about replacing my items that he screwed up. May 12, 2012 I ordered a whopper through the app and it was missing bacon. I returned back to BK another burger was prepared for me, but the bacon was very hard. I thought I was eating beef jerky! The nuggets were soft soggy. The fries were limped. The food was poorly prepared!
