Halal Crown Fried Chicken

The lady who runs this restaurant always gets the orders wrong. Last night, I ordered 2 orders of 3 pieces of chicken with fries. However, when I got home, I found out that there were only 2 boxes of chicken without any fries. I paid $13 for only 4 pieces of chicken, which is unfair. She is essentially scamming customers by not providing what they asked for.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. My order was prepared incorrectly, even though I had only ordered two items and knew what it should look like. When I returned the food, I expected them to correct the mistake, but instead, they just gave me a refund. I didn't order from them for months, and when I tried to place an order again, I was told by the staff that their boss had instructed them not to take orders from me. Despite being a customer for three years and only returning items twice, they lacked communication and customer service skills by not reaching out to me beforehand.

At this point i don’t believe that someone actually moves that slow, they purposely take forever to do one tiny task. At this point thats the only explanation for their abysmal service.

$31 for a family size bucket of chicken And 3 sides. The sides Were literally for one person. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love halalkrone fried every time I go there between 10 o'clock until my food is always closing as I ask! I love the night team, but the early crew sucks them up my order. Night crew continue to be great, thanks to the best!
