Contribuisci feedbackDuring our visit, the staff completely ignored us. There was no one at the smoothie bar to assist. The staff should make an effort to greet customers and offer assistance when needed.
I agree that the restaurant lacks greatly in customer service. I am in the age group who has money and is very willing to spend lots of money on health products. When I walk into a store, especially a small business like this one where I know I will be paying higher prices, I expect to have some sort of conversation and friendliness from the staff. Unfortunately, that does not exist in this store during the few times I have visited. It's unfortunate, but I will simply go back to online shopping. Mother Earth has high prices, and if you are going to charge high prices, you better have excellent customer service. I even asked twice for the manager to call me, but they never returned the call because she was too busy. This is also very poor customer service. I suggest you hire people who know how to carry on a simple conversation. The store is very small, so it is not too busy for employees to take a moment to be friendly. Good luck.
I only had a minute to stop by today, but I could tell that this restaurant has everything I enjoy. If I wasn't broke, I would have spent a lot of money there. Instead, I just got a drink.
As I walked to Dooley 's next door, I passed this store and thought, Stop in after lunch. I 'm so glad I did. They carry multiple dairy-free products by Violife. I picked up a cheese slice package for the toasted cheese sandwiches I love. The girls were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely be back.
A shot of Matcha, a shot of tart cherry juice. these really help with my inflammation! smoothie taste fantastic
