Cava - Williamsburg

This is the BEST spot. I got an incredible salad and sat outside on the patio. The staff are so friendly and nice.

Cava is always my go-to. Mediterranean good. Vegan options and kids meal. But lately I got sick and my friend to with they arugula salad. I would be careful with the greens. And ask them to really wash them really well. I hope a manager can read this and notice this is important. Other than that, they need to keep up with having ice and the drinks refilled all the time.

I’ve been a regular at this specific location for awhile now. From dining in and eating food, or ordering it through Door Dash when I’m at work… the quality of the food is always consistent. Each time I walk through the doors, I’m always greeted with a smile and the staff… bless them… are always so patient with me when I try to figure out all the different flavors I want to put together in my bowl. And honestly… the best thing about the restaurant is how clean not just their dining area is, but their restrooms. I always think that the cleanliness of a restaurants bathroom is a reflection of how clean their kitchen is. That may not always be true, but I’d believe it for Cava in Williamsburg. Also… Michelle. a TRUE angel she’s one of the managers that keeps that place running. I had the pleasure of meeting her and the other manager Lorna. Although it’s a chain, you can tell they care about making sure things are right and tight. Dreaming of my next greens grain bowl ???

I love Mediterranean and CAVA has a lot of options. The falafel wrap was really tasty, but the bowl I designed was really salty. I think it was the feta. I'm going to stick with the menu items because they seem more flavorful and balanced.
