China's Cuisine Sushi - Williamsburg

Several dishes remind me of the comforting home-cooked versions you'd encounter at P.F. Chang's, such as the Mongolian lamb. Others are more genuinely Chinese than what is usually available locally. For instance, the hot and sour soup contains several types of Chinese mushrooms that are rarely seen around here, and it's absolutely delicious. The Ma Po Tofu is a delightful alternative with its hearty, spicy brown sauce, featuring tofu and ground pork, which contrasts with the vegetarian versions that are so common in this area. While an authentic vegetarian version exists, it's not what you typically find nearby. Finally, the pan-fried dumplings are always excellent—they are traditional Chinese-style, not gyoza, though I'm sure those are good as well.

Overall, this restaurant was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Although the food took a bit longer to arrive, it was quite good in the end. The atmosphere is spacious and relaxed. I would definitely recommend dining here.

It was fantastic! When we arrived, there was no one else there, which was perfect because it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. My sister and I ordered a bento box, and by the end of our meal, we were completely satisfied. The food was tasty. My other sister just had egg rolls, and my dad ordered teriyaki chicken—they both loved their dishes. The server was very polite, helpful, and quick to bring our food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious food. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back soon!

I was alittle skeptical when we pulled up due to very few cars in parking lot but upon going inside i was greeted very promptly and seated in a nice cool, quiet, and clean room. They have a huge menu to choose from and even a sushi bar win win. But most of all the food is great and the cost is about the same as a fast food joint. I highly recommend and give this a thumbs up.

Very quiet, but we went in around 2:30 pm. Nice service, great food! Their sushi is a little plain, but their steamed dumplings are TO DIE FOR, as well as great Bento Box lunch specials
