Desperados - Williamstown

It has been a few years since I've been here and wow, was it good!?! The food was fresh and delicious while service was just as amazing. If you want some great Mexican food, check this place out!!

Food was great, waitress was a delight. Iffy atmosophere but to be expected from a small-town Tex-Mex place. Mediocre margaritas. Both the ‘American’ and ‘Mexican’ dishes were good! Would visit again.

Great food and decent prices. The desserts are great and the wings have a really good hot

We love going to Desperados. Food is excellent and fresh . Best salsa in the area served with warm chips. Staff is hustling and yet still friendly. They go above and beyond. Always leave there full and smiling.

I dine at a lot of Mex and Tex-Mex places and this was disappointing. Mex restaurants are typically festive and cheery. Not here. No music, just TV above a very plain bar that stretched the length of the place. Old furnishings, cheap decor, bland color. Waitress (also the barmaid asked if I wanted chips and salsa…aren’t they, like, automatic, similar to bread/butter? Asked if I wanted beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, even though my taco entree was supposed to come with those (never did see the tomatoes . Now for the food: partial basket of stale, flavorless chips; salsa was dinky dish of sliced, spiced tomato; bean and salsa portions were minuscule; tacos were lukewarm, and the chorizo filling tasted like cinnamon. (Maybe they’re supposed to? And everything on menu was overpriced.Waitress was friendly, though.
