The Log - Williamstown

This place is amazing . The building has amazing features in it . It doesn't seem like something that would be in Berkshires. There is amazing food , service and a great atmosphere . It's very cozy and comfortable here . I love everything about it !

I was so disappointed with the service. My friend and I came in and ordered the Log Nachos, the Log Burger, and boneless chicken wings. We waited for a good 15 minutes before our appetizer of nachos arrived, then another hour before we decided to ask for the check and the rest of our dinner to go. The waitstaff does not pay attention to the customers, and in fact actively avoided eye contact when we tried to wave them down. I had to walk over to the check out station to give them my receipt because I was afraid it would be another 30 minutes before they came back. The food was mediocre, too salty, and definitely not worth the wait.

If virtual salad bar refers to virtually no food, the dish lives up to the name. After calling 5 times to no answer to place a takeout order, and having to ask three separate people for help once I got there, I opened the box to my salad that would barely pass for an appetizer. I usually like the log, but this was unacceptable and I will definitely think twice before coming back even though I am a student.

Food was ok, nothing to rave about. Average college pub food. Be. Selection was good and interesting. Service as horrible. Waited for waitress to take our order, waited way too long for beers to be delivered, and food came right on top of them. Others got fed up and left. (We went to the Purple Pub, across the street for 2nd round, and saw someone who bailed.

Nice, relaxed college restaurant/bar. Excellent quality rotating craft beers on tap and several more in bottles and cans. The food menu is small, but the quality is good. The build your own salad is a favorite of mine lots of options and it is a full meal on its own. Though totally rebuilt, the atmosphere kept the charm of a rustic college pub with nostalgic pictures adorning the walls throughout the redesigned interior.
