Rice Spice - Williston

The prices are quite reasonable, but the food was just average. The pepper chicken had an unusual sweetness, the lo mein was a bit mushy, and the Thai tea didn't have the same flavor as other versions I've tried (it was honestly lacking in taste). Still, I’m curious to sample some of their other dishes.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! I went with a friend who got to see my easily amused reactions, which was fun. Upon entering, you have the option to order for takeout or dine in (and for introverts, there’s even a drive-thru option). There’s a designated area where you can place your order and pay with cash or card at the same machine. If you choose to dine in, you can seat yourself in the dining area, which was very clean. Our meals were served quickly by the staff. My favorite part of the meal was the lo mein noodles—they were delicious! I also appreciated that our meals came in containers, so I didn’t have to wait around or ask for one. You simply dispose of your trash in the designated area and you’re all set! I nearly forgot to mention that the prices were very reasonable too.

Buyer beware? Unbelievable !! New policy to remove a veg from a dish costs $2.00 extra. So that means it costs more to get less or nothing and still pay of course. My office workers couldn?t believe it too. Find out for yourself.

Service is getting sloppy. additional charges to remove peanuts. you would think that it would save them by removing items from dishes. but having to pay for it ABSOLUTELY NOT !

Once we got home and opened the food, we found a staple in my son’s meal. I called to inform them about it, but they put me on hold for over 15 minutes, even though I could hear other calls coming in and orders being taken. It felt like they hoped I would just hang up rather than voice a complaint. I mainly wanted to let them know about the staple for the safety of future customers—imagine if someone swallowed it! Overall, this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff seemed disorganized and were quick to shift blame. As for the food, it was typical—nothing special. I expected that, but it was certainly not worth the hassle.
