The customer service at this restaurant is awful. I would not even give it any stars. I was on the phone with them and they couldn't even tell me my total. When I asked why, the woman taking my order claimed she wasn't responsible for the cost. When I tried to negotiate getting half a pound of fish on my sandwich instead of a full pound, they had the nerve to hang up on me, saying someone else was trying to order at the same time. I am sorry to say, but this restaurant was a huge disappointment. I have never experienced such poor service before.

The customer service is TERRIBLE. I'd give it zero stars if I could. I was on the phone with them and they couldnt even tell me my total, and when I asked why the lady that was TAKING MY ORDER said she wasn't the one who was in charge of the total costs. After I tried reasoning with them, asking them if I could get a half pound of fish on my sandwich rather than the whole pound, they had the audacity to tell me they had to HANG UP ON ME because someone else was trying to order. While I was trying to order. Sorry excuse for a restaurant. I've never been this mad.
