Went in for a steak on 11/15/23 ordered a pretzel as an appetizers was wonderful as always but we received it 2 minutes before the main course. Wife and I ordered the cowboy ribeye, hers well-done, mine medium rare. Received our meals in a timely manner but my ribeye was very tough with lots of gristle (was not edible) wife's was very tender and perfect for her. Waitress removed it from the bill unsolicited by me, which was appreciated. My complaint is you would think the manager would have come over and said something to us for serving me a bad $60 steak. Was our first bad experience here so we will keep them in rotation. I went down the street and had a burger since I was still hungry. Moscow mule was great, but I wouldn't did not recommend the Mojito. Waited 5 minutes before a Maitre d greeted us. There were tons of empty tables, but I still had to go wait even longer for about 10 minutes. The servers were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful restaurant.
