Horrific experience tonight and the guests around us agreed!! Our waitress with rainbow colored hair was spilling drinks on the people next to us, messed up our order, waited 2+ hours for our food. I mean wow. Nothing was comped in our bill no manager came out despite multiple complaints by us and the tables around us!! Horrible!! Will NEVER be back. Service: Dine in

First time here and it was delicious. I had veal Parmesan and it was great. My wife had chicken Parm Alfredo and it was better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second time here last year, only very disappointed about our experience yesterday evening and the recurring thema of long waiting times. we had reservations for a party of 8. we arrived at 7:15 o'clock, but everything took a very long time. When we arrived, it was high hour, everyone was full and the waiting staff ran around so that we were patient and understood. we have customer service we get. after 8 the place began to settle, and we have not yet received our food by 9. almost 2 hours later. once we get our food, 3/4 of the way through my food I noticed two small curile black hairs baked in my huhn romano. I was sick at my liking after I had eaten almost everything and then found hair. again we have all customer service so that we get it, sh*T happens, but if it happens that it completely disgusts and kills its vibe. they were very accommodating and friendly about it, took the meal from our shook and offered to get it back, but it was too far away at this point to want something else. on the bright side were salate, suppe, appetizer all amazing and no problems. our waiter was amazing and did his absolute best with two big tables among other things, so we typed him very well and would definitely ask him again.
