We were told this was a good spot to buy lobsters to take home. We arrived and the lady who greeted us at the take-out was extremely rude and unfriendly. Had we not driven 35 minutes to get there, we would have left without any lobster. Definitely will not be going back. There is no reason to be such a grouch!!
Nice roadside eaterie inside and outside seating with a good amount of various items to choose from.
Our first stop did not disappoint. Recommended by locals. Sounds odd but the homemade soup of the day (tomato bisque) was AMAZING and the fries were really good too! Yes, it's possible to have horrible fries; we've had too many yucky ones during our travels. We were a large group and no issue with wait time. Waitresses were young but really nice and I was impressed they knew the menu and ingredients and could answer the few questions we had. We liked everything: nachos, hot turkey, chicken strips, fish bits, burgers and a really good seafood something with cream and crackers on top. Forgot name. Really good dessert outside at the takeout. And finally real milkshakes available too!
Had the best turkey club....real turkey....awesome lunch. The chicken sandwich was also awesome and very filling...Portion size is plenty.
