Panera Bread - Windermere

I have the Panera Unlimited Sip Club, and I've found that my local franchise, along with others in Orlando, is quite disappointing. They don't seem to support the national program at all. For instance, they’ve removed the self-service kiosks for cups. There always seems to be some issue, and the overall experience just doesn't align with what Panera aims to provide, largely due to the local franchise's lack of commitment.

This restaurant has the unfortunate title of being the worst. I've taken a look at their dishes, and all I've ever ordered is a basic salad without any toppings or substitutions. I can’t even count the times I've gotten home only to find that they’ve either left out the dressing or the chicken! So now, I’m stuck eating a salad with no dressing at all.

Wonderful restaurant with delicious food. It can get a bit crowded with students doing homework, but it’s still a lovely spot to dine. Be sure to try the salads and soups—they're fantastic! The chicken sandwich is also excellent.

People working here are great, friendly and helpful - but their computer systems are terrible. After the ordering system has been frozen several times when I tried to use a gift card, I finished my breakfast order as they eject the eggs at 10:30 - if I had not spent 10 minutes with your stupid self-service system that kept frozen (this is not the first time that I had problems, and I was just here twice) I would have got what I ordered. Please fix this terrible system. Unacceptable not to get what I ordered because your useless system delayed my order for so long.

Always clean and with the ordering system, makes it easy to customize your meals to your liking and offers a text update or the buzzer. Very quick and has a drive thru. No idea how the heck that works but they sure are efficient so I assume it?s still quick for not fast food
