Contribuisci feedbackI have been trying to call for the last two hours to place a pick-up order, but the phone lines are not working. It seems like they may be disconnected. If the restaurant is closed due to Covid, they should update their hours to avoid confusing customers who are trying to order food.
It appears that they are closed. All phone numbers are disconnected.
This local restaurant is fantastic. The pizza is great, but the pasta can be inconsistent.
Every time I attempt to place an order at this restaurant, there always seems to be an issue. I have been trying to support this local establishment by continuing to give them my business, but I have reached my limit. Recently, I placed an online order only to receive an email shortly after stating that my order had been cancelled due to being too busy. On a previous occasion when I called to place an order, I was informed that I could not order pasta or sandwiches because they were understaffed. Another time, my online order was ignored and my phone calls went unanswered, despite calling during their posted hours. The next day, I received a call asking for my credit card information for the previously ignored order. Since moving to this area a couple of months ago, I was looking forward to enjoying delicious food from a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately, Papino's has been a disappointment in terms of both service and customer service. I understand the challenges of finding and retaining good staff, but the overall customer experience has been lacking. I have decided to stop trying to support Papino's with my money.
The quality and service at this restaurant are inconsistent. They often do not answer the phone, and orders placed through the app only reach them sporadically. We ordered cheesy garlic bread, which we had enjoyed in the past, but this time it was disappointing. Instead of the usual delicious bread, we received a soggy, flavorless sandwich roll that was cut in half with very little cheese. They also charged $2.25 for marinara, making the total cost of the cheesy garlic bread $7. We have given them multiple chances but ultimately feel that it is not worth the money.
