Mcdonald's - Winkler

This is by far one of the slowest McDonald’s around. The drive throw is extremely slow and just when you thinking going inside would be faster, you get hit with terrible customer service and slow service. Front counter clerk doesn’t even acknowledge you. I avoid this location.

Considering its harvest festival weekend, counting 9 staff on shift. Anticipating it to be a busy weekend, having additional staff scheduled could have easily prevented the quality of service many are experiencing.watching orders deleted off screen and forgotten to meet their order times.Place is packed of people waiting, averaging 20 minute wait times.Tables are unsanitary, counters are a mess.Please improve

Almost every visit through the dive through results in a wait for our order. Doesn't matter what time of day. Parking stalls are too small for full size vehicles and can be awkward to get in and out of, as well as dangerous with the amount of traffic crossing the parking lot.

It is sad to see people try and defame an establishmentI have 2 family members that work here and am a regular patron.They tell me the new ownership and management has been nothing but great to them and made wonderful changes.The drive thru has gotten alot faster and the service is great.Defaming people for no reason on social media is easy without knowing the facts.According, to the staff the new owner spends countless hours helping them and even greets customers in the drive thru on Fridays.I am giving a glowing review to this location
