Contribuisci feedbackThis was just one of many times I've seen this passive-aggressive behavior at this store. My advice? Use the app to order. The coffee is solid, but the service leaves much to be desired. *Update: Alright, at this point, I feel like they’re just messing with me... I ordered ahead using the mobile app (and I'm still in the shop as I write this on 9/12/22), and my drink was only a third full. It seems like there’s no winning at this Starbucks. I've asked them to remake it, and I'm literally watching the process. This is getting absurd. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice... I’ll just take my business elsewhere. I’m not asking for anything complicated or free—just for my order to be made correctly. That seems like a reasonable expectation to me.
I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at a Starbucks.
Quick and friendly service, but I wouldn't label this as a Double Bacon sandwich.
I ask Tristen for a cheese danish and I was told they could not heat it up in the oven because they shut off the oven an hour early before they close up . Not good business nor customer service if your open your open.
COURTNEY IS AMAZING!!! Everyone needs to learn something from her. She works fast, her attitude was so pleasant, she really made my trip personable. She went above and beyond making my experience great and taking the time to talk to me about my drink options. I didn?t catch his name but the barista that took my drink order was so sweet and funny. They are such a good pair of co workers. I wish every Starbucks had a pair like them !
