Mcdonald's - Winter Haven

Grace at the drive-thru was delightful and cheerful! I ordered a medium caramel macchiato, but when I noticed it was smaller than I anticipated, she promptly offered to upgrade it to a larger size. I offered to pay for the upgrade, but she kindly made me a new drink at no extra cost. It was a fantastic way to start my morning! I'm very pleased with the experience and think she deserves a raise!

The staff was incredibly courteous, promptly confirmed my order, and delivered it right away.

We were unable to place our order through the app as this location didn't appear. However, we still enjoyed our hearty breakfast!

Good Mcdonalds! This place has fast service and the food is hot and fresh. The other two McDonalds in winter are even worse. If you can stop from one, it's worth it. This is consistently clean, fresh and friendly. It opens on time for breakfast and serves lunch at 10:30/11 depending on the day. Overall, THE McDonald goes on when in the area. Thanks for being reliable!

What a unique place. I don't know about the posted picture. Still, I ate on top of a grand piano below clear plexi. Unique experiences are hard to come at age 50, so definitely 5.
