This place is wonderful. Best sushi and such a large variety of choices. Chef AB takes great pride in his sushi and also its presentation. Absolutely amazing. My favorites are the Scarlet Roll and Aqua Bear Roll.

What a wonderful Japanese restaurant to be in Orlando. Everyone should try this place out. Fantastic food and friend ly atmosphere. Recommend for everyone

Best sushi place in Orlando. Food is top notch and the chef is extremely talented.

Chef AB made me a custom vegan sushi roll that was delicious. I just stated that I was vegan, he asked me a few questions and boom, 5 star sushi roll. I’d recommend Fuji Sushi to anyone.
