Seito Sushi Baldwin Park - Winter Park

Seito is the best sushi restaurant in Orlando, hands down. Service is always so welcoming and friendly, the food is consistently OUT OF THIS WORLD (best chef in town) and drinks are great. Bbq salmon nigiri will legit melt in your mouth. This is our go to spot for date night, any celebration or a night out with friends. Seito never lets us down and always helps make our night enjoyable.

Food was overall good, some small misses. Octopus was tough and chewy. I 've eaten a lot of octopus as an islander and not something I would expect from a place of this caliber .

Not really a “sushi person’s” sushi. Most dishes are drowned in sauce or flavors such that you can’t taste what you’re eating. It’s trendy and expensive, but I think ultimately caters to a clientele that prefers edamame and california rolls.

Beautiful dining experience for 11 of us. Attentive wait staff. Loved the atmosphere, loved the food.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for fresh sushi to eat.
