So I love the holiday aromas. I tested a sample of the sweetness tube tonight and sharp hot chocolate samples because I was torn between the two. there it was.

I was here with a group of high school that was allowed at a local competition without a watcher. I personally can't have anything they serve here.

UPDATE: we've returned several times since my original post and I'm happy to report there's been a big change in the service level. They have someone take orders in the drive thru line and the servers are kind and helpful. We're happy to make this our new go to.We went to try the new ice flavors (pie series). The add-ins are good, but service at this location is rough. We recently moved closer to this Redbug loc and have comehalf a dozen times. Sadly, the service ruins the experience. We'll either drive to another location or go somewhere else.

I placed an order online thinking it would be easier and faster but when I got to the window they told me I had to wait 20 minutes because they were not going to make my order til the promise time it said online even though I was standing at the pickup window. And they wouldn't cancel my order so I could just order at the window and not have to wait. Terrible customer service. I've been coming to this location for years and never had a problem til tonight.
