Fast Eddies Drive-in - Winthrop

Exactly what we wanted- roadside diner with that old school feel and fresh food. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the ice cream because a bus filled with children showed up but my clam dinner was fantastic. The vibe was retro and not overly kitschy. Prices were good and plenty of seating or the car hop.

I drove by here with my boyfriend and we thought it looked so cool. So we opted to go there for food, despite it being a rainy day. We did not regret it one bit!! The atmosphere was fun and retro, the car hop was fast, pleasant and fun to experience. Eating food from trays on your car window was so cool. The waitress was nice and timely and even came and checked on us. Which i didnt know car hops did. The food was tasty too. Especially the fried cheese curds. But my favorite was the lemon raspberry cheesecake icecream!! I will be back!!

New Red Barn . Fast Eddie's is on 202 and has an old fashioned concept of putting your lights on tha eating in your car. They had 10 other cars there mid afternoon. The service was fast and the food was hot. Best shrimp basket I have had a definitely just as good as what we get at the coast. Also got the clam cakes and an ice cream soda. They have a huge variety of food and ice cream. They apologized for being short handed but I never would have known. My new go to for Shrimp. Maybe I'll go today...

Chicken is good here I like the people who work here It smells so good to the wait staff are so nice

I always enjoy the food here. The lobster rolls are excellent, as are a lot of the other items on their menu. Also, the service is really friendly.
