Shaw's - Wiscasset

Ample selection, orderly displayed, with a very courteous and helpful staff.

Gotta love our small local Wiscasset Shaw's! Could use some remodeling and some customer service training for a few of the baggers, but overall, it's a small town grocery store that has most of what you need but not a huge selection because it's on the smaller side. Love the sale section in the back of the store!

This is actually a useful normie grocery store since it's the only one for several miles in any direction. Huge parking lot. Store inside is nice enough to shop in but it's not like, spectacular or anything. Good selection of Polar Seltzer which is always of high importance to my localish (wells high school graduate) partner.

I went in on the first day of the swordfish sale, but they didn’t have any available, which was really disappointing. Last week, I visited for crab legs on sale, and, surprisingly, they had none of those either. I would give this place a 1-star rating.

The prices are steep, just like at similar places, and it’s challenging to find anything on the menu.
