The staff on Saturday were excellent, and I've made this my regular spot for lattes. The customer service is outstanding!

Kudos to the gentleman who serves me every morning. He starts preparing my order before I even reach the bottom step from the platform. Excellent service!

I typically don’t write reviews for coffee shops, but I had such a wonderful experience at Lucas that I felt compelled to share! I really appreciated Luke’s friendly welcome, clear explanations, and thoughtful offer of coffee. I want to thank him for his time—it truly made a difference! Finally tried FCB on the way to work this morning (normally forget to pass by Starbucks on the other platform). Very impressed. Not only excellent Flat White (small and strong) but real porridge from a big pot not instant like everywhere else. With fruit and nuts and a little honey (not Honey Syrup like elsewhere) and I'm a happy commuter. Thanks. J.
