Jamaica Blue Cafe - Wollongong

Coffee was great to my liking. Everyone is different of course. The staff were polite friendly. Service good. Thumbs up for me

Located in the new western section of the Mall the Jamaica is easy to find as it's the only cafe on its level.The way service for sit down is conducted is slightly odd as the layout would appear you are provided table service but in fact you must first order before taking a seat.Coffee was decent, not a bad blend. Banana bread was nice and seemed reasonable for the price at first however a combo price I feel would be better suited for the coffees and cakes on display.

I ordered a mug of cappuccino with an extra shot and was charged $5.90. This is definitely well above what I pay everywhere else for this exact order. While sitting and drinking it I looked at the printed menu on the table and see cappuccino priced at $3.80. Even with an upsize and an extra shot that's a very extreme leap in price. Who knows how they arrived at that price but I won't be back to give them another go. Or any other Jamaica Blue.

The products were excellent and the service prompt efficient and friendly what more could one ask for? Full marks must go to Belinda and her staff on all of the previous.

This place actually knows what they're doing when making coffee. I like a flat white. This cafe actually serves a proper flat white. The type with no foam.
