Contribuisci feedbackAfter ordering through the app, there was no queue on drive thru. They asked me to park up (fine, I'd rather be served fresh food). Luckily I checked my food before driving off, they had given me a double cheeseburger instead of the double quarter pounder I had pre-ordered. Also there was no monopoly game on my large diet coke. I went back through the drive through again, but of a queue this time, my 11 week old daughter starting to get restless. Lady at the first window pre-warned me that I may have to park up again whilst they make it fresh. (Fine, I don't want cold food). Arrived at second window. Girl did apologise and said she had made an error (fine, these things happen) she went away then came back with the amended order. She assured me it was fresh when I asked. Didn't bother mentioning the monopoly (or lack of) on the diet coke as I had already put the straw in it (although I didn't have any at this point) and I didnt want them to potentially spit in my drink. I'd like to think they wouldn't be so disgusting but you just never know. I was civil and understanding with the staff throughout. Arrived home and consumed my food. Burger was cold and soggy (I live half a mile down the road, so no excuse) and chips were cold (doubt they were fresh at all) This isn't the first time our food has been cold, it is 90% of the time. Numerous times (not just at this branch but also the one on Birmingham New Road) they forget to put our dips in too. Its not acceptable, especially nowadays with how much the prices have gone up! We will be going to Burger King on Bilston Road in future as we ordered from there a few weeks ago and food was more pricy but piping hot and far better value for money... As we are so local we used to eat from this McDonald's regularly but not anymore. We will take our custom to Burger King from now on!
Ordered from touch screen got order number waited 10 minutes for order. No problem 10 minutes wait for HOT FAST FOOD thats fine. Walked out with bag to car park FRIES and BURGER STONE COLD WTF?! How is that possible wtf had i been waiting for ? Absolute Joke!! Went back in complained received NEW fries and burger opened bag at counter and LUKEWARM are you kidding me ? Then askedlady for HOT FAST FOOD this time apparantly its not guaranteed to be HOT just cooked and fast! Avoid BILSTON MCDONALDS as they can not guarantee HOT FOOD
After a fasting blood test was very hungry. I ordered a sausage egg muffin meal, first one was all wrapped loose, with egg bits and cheese apart from the muffin, I took it back as it looked like it had been someone else’s returns, the second one was pure oily, I was to hungry to complain. I took took the greasy tissue and wrapper back, Instead of saying sorry she said you should have brought it back until you was happy with it. Also saying you should ask for no butter. I wasn’t after a refund just an apology. She was so rude, I been having McDonald’s breakfast over 31 years i never had an bad experience.
Regular customer at this branch however the last 2 days spoilt by this arrogant supervisor who on both days served me wrong food. On asking him he decided to accuse me of not ordering the correct way. Left the food for him to eat despite having paid for it. Never experienced such rudeness..
Sat on drive through for 5 mins because staff were on there phone. Then when got home order was wrong. Terrible service !!!!
