Braai Shack - Wolverton

The food is divine, both times I've gone there we had to wait 2 hours for the food. Due to the outdoor functions, it makes the restaurant a bit noisy, hard to hear each other, and converse due to the noise. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The food was truly amazing and offered excellent value for money. The portions were generous, and the flavors were out of this world. My mother-in-law is South African, and as the restaurant advertises, it really feels like a home away from home; she was transported back with the authentic taste of the dishes. The service was great with friendly staff, and both the restaurant and restrooms were clean. It truly couldn’t have been better. I will definitely be returning!

The dining experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly. I've been craving this type of food for quite a while. I traveled all the way from Scotland, and I absolutely loved this place. The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely return. I also enjoyed the music; it reminded me of home. Keep it up!

We have recently celebrated a birthday in the braai shack restaurant. the food was well cooked, delicious and cheap. the hospitality was excellent. we were a big party of 12 and eating came hot, fast and together. the hostess and waitress were very friendly and even brought out a birthday cake for us who was a fabulous surprise. brilliant night outside, definitely recommend and will go back.
