Horizontals - Wonder Lake

I tried this bar last week. The food wasn't bad. Although, I was surprised how terrible the customer service was from the lady barkeeper. I am not sure of her name, but she has glasses and dark hair and I will not guess any age, but she was very rude, without obvious argument at all. Just because you are not satisfied with your job, this does not mean that you treat the customers badly. You have to smile and be kind to the public. I'll pray for this young lady. I don't think it had anything to do with me, but all to do with her. I hope the owner of this bar will seriously talk to their employees. This is a public environment, and you are to feel and greet your customers at home. I would be willing to write a better review if compensated for this great experience that turns into a Debbie downer! I wish this Bussines the best! God bless!

Horizontals is a great place to hang out, I love the staff. And food is great.

Been here plenty and had no issues. Came in today (Sunday Jan 2) and the bartender (who I had never seen), was just unfriendly. Definitely nothing like the rest of the bartenders I've encountered there, who are wonderful. Maybe she was having a bad day but it wasn't what I'd call good service.

Awesome service. The owner was great and the wings were spectacular and affordable!
