Additionally, my order was incorrect—I received a sandwich with bacon instead of sausage. The sandwich is advertised as toasted, yet mine came on plain, untoasted bread. When I asked about this, I was told they don’t toast the sandwiches because it’s quicker to serve them that way, although that doesn’t align with the menu description. On top of all that, I ordered a large hazelnut iced coffee with cream and sugar, but it arrived unsweetened. When I asked for a correction, they inquired about the label on the cup. I had to explain that no one had printed a label, which likely contributed to the mix-up. I was charged full price despite everything being incorrect, and by the time they made the corrections, nearly 15 minutes had passed. It felt like my requests were more of an inconvenience to them. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I don’t plan on returning. There are several other nearby restaurants that are better managed. I recommend trying one of those options instead.

I stood there for five minutes while the lady on duty was talking on the phone the whole time. I left without placing an order because I wasn't going to wait for her to finish her conversation. I'll come back in the morning when at least my orders will be taken care of.

The worst experience ever! I got sold gift cards that was a holiday gift card in April for Christmas and when I saw it was a holiday card and tried to get my money back the lady was rude and was like we can’t do that. I literally just bought 3 cards that the lady took out for me that was behind the counter that she knew was holiday cards and still sold them to me knowing it wasn’t anywhere near Christmas time. The lady that works there should be ashamed of herself to for doing that to a customer and than not even give there money back after telling her it’s for a baby shower. Never going back!
