Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Woodbridge

Our first experience was good so we decided to come back for the Doctor Strange premiere last week. We got our drinks and popcorn prior to the movie starting but shortly after placed an order for food. A gentleman came and grabbed multiple tickets from our row and we never got our food. We assumed the kitchen was backed up from being a busy night. The people next to us placed an order just before the movie ended and got their food pretty quick. When we went to pay we told the gentleman we never got our food. He said he would tell his manager. We saw him speak with her but she never came over to us. She thanked us for our visit and never addressed the issue. I wrote to the Alamo the night of about the issue and never heard back. I wasn’t a respected guest when the issue was brought up and still haven’t been given the courtesy to be contacted about the evening a week later. No interest in going back. Be cautious how they will treat you.

Nice theatre. on the expensive side, because in the round they always have a Vip experience with the option to order and dine from their seat during the film. this can distract a bit with the servers back and forth. I and my grandmother have ordered everything, but a server accidentally gave us a glass wee. neither drink of us, so we didn't exactly exploit the mistake. the seats were comfortable, but I found that the shells attached to the sitting that they cannot move in any way can also distract a bit if they sit a certain type because it can block the view of the film in a wise way. overall I would probably only come back if I plan the whole order, dine and watching experience.

The alamo is always a nice place to go. I and my family came to see bummelburgers. we loved it. the fried pickles here are so good! they even had a bobs burger menu that I thought was really cool and a nice note.

Probably the easiest experience I've ever had to buy my tickets online and just somehow stroll into the actual performance. the chairs were very comfortable, the sound in the theatre was great. the service was excellent, our waitress was super attentive and really ensured that our endless so and popcorn were really endless. the burger against it, müll. I guess my expectations were set high, but charged for a karnevalsburg $16? theft. I'm back to shoot another court.

THE BEST THEATER we have ever experienced. Friendly staff, clean, fast service and so unique. The chairs are very comfortable and they offer active duty military discount. This location also offers incredible dining experience with an always changing menu where you order from the comfort of your seat. The prices are affordable and the food is QUALITY. I think every city needs an Alamo Cinema experience!
